Not everyday will be easy, however please remember that its claimed even a 10 minute workout can boost your metabolism for hours so those small activities are not so insignificant after all.
”I’ve found that being smart and intentional on a consistent basis with my training has been the difference that has allowed me to continue to gain strength, fitness and achieve a athletic physique for years later into my fitness journey”
Physical adaptations happen when we follow a training plan, our metabolism speeds up which leads to burning more calories and reducing body fat levels which can also make us feel better about ourselves. It’s important to be measured in our approach to exercise so remember to pace yourselves, it’s a marathon and not a sprint so to avoid burnout you should listen to your body and adapt your exercising accordingly.
Every workout is another credit in the bank, some are bigger than others however they all count towards your health goals. No holding out for the perfect time to become fitter, no new year new me, simply start today and you won’t look back.
